Item 7.01 – Regulation FD Disclosure
On July 15, 2026 , Carlyle Secured Lending, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will host a conference call at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Friday, August 7, 2026 to announce its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Carlyle Secured Lending, Inc. Schedules Earnings Release and Quarterly Earnings Call to Discuss its Financial Results for the Second Quarter Ended June 30, 2026
New York – Carlyle Secured Lending, Inc. (“Carlyle Secured Lending”) (NASDAQ: CGBD) will host a conference call at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Friday, August 7, 2026 to announce its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Company will report its quarterly financial results on Thursday, August 6, 2026.
The conference call will be available via public webcast via a link on Carlyle Secured Lending’s website at carlylesecuredlending.com and will also be available on the website soon after the call’s completion.
