On September 14, 2020, Louis C. DiFabio, Executive Vice President, Business Client Services of Chemung Canal Trust Company (the “Bank”), a subsidiary of Chemung Financial Corporation (the “Corporation”), announced that he will retire from the Bank on December 31, 2020.
