On October 30, 2020 Chemung Financial Corporation (“the Corporation”) and Chemung Canal Trust Company (“the Bank”), the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Corporation, completed its stock repurchase program. A total of 250,000 shares were repurchased at an average cost of $29.40 per share.
