On April 21, 2022, Custom Truck One Source, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it will release first quarter 2022 financial results and conduct a quarterly earnings conference call and webcast on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 during which the Company will discuss first quarter 2022 results. The press release containing the conference call and webcast information is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
