On November 4, 2021, Custom Truck One Source, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release (attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1) announcing that members of its senior management will present at the Baird 51st Annual Global Industrial Conference on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. The presentation is scheduled to begin at 4:55 p.m. Eastern Time. Such presentations may include a discussion of the Company's business, financial performance and forward-looking information.
