On January 4, 2023, American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. (the “Company” or “AAM”) will host Technology Day in Las Vegas, Nevada. As part of its presentation, AAM will be providing an update on the Company’s new business backlog for 2023 through 2025 and will reference the slide included as Exhibit 99.1 in this Current Report on Form 8-K.
