Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Michael K. Simonte, President of American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), and Norman Willemse, President—Forging, have each notified the Company of their intention to retire from their respective positions during calendar year 2023. The Company is working with Mr. Simonte and Mr. Willemse to finalize their transition plans.
