Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 15, 2024, Meghan G. Baivier, President and Chief Operating Officer of Easterly Government Properties, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned from her positions with the Company, effective September 13, 2024. Ms. Baivier resigned to pursue another opportunity, and there were no disagreements between the Company and Ms. Baivier on any matter regarding its operations, policies or practices. The Company is grateful for Ms. Baivier’s many contributions and wishes her well in her next endeavor.
