Sabeti notified Danaher’s Board of Directors of her retirement from the Danaher Board as of December 10, 2024, due to time commitments related to her other professional obligations. Dr. Sabeti’s decision was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
