Ecolab Inc. (the “Company”) is filing herewith Exhibit 23.1 – Consent of Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm. Although the Company received the correct consent prior to filing the Annual Report on Form 10-K of Ecolab Inc. for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2020, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 26, 2021 (the “Annual Report”), an incorrect version of the consent was filed as an exhibit to the Annual Report due to an administrative error.
