On April 30, 2024, Rodolfo O. Ploder, Executive Vice President, President, Workforce Solutions, of Equifax Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of his intention to retire from the Company. Mr. Ploder will remain an employee of the Company in a transition role through September 30, 2024. Chad M. Borton will succeed Mr. Ploder as Executive Vice President, President, Workforce Solutions, effective May 6, 2024.
