Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On January 3, 2022, Corey Whitely, Executive Vice President, Operations, Manufacturing and Technology, informed Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. (“Ethan Allen” or the “Company”) of his planned intention to step down from his full-time employment role and transition out of the Company and into an advisory role, effective January 14, 2022. Mr. Whitely, who has been with the Company since 1988, will be available to Ethan Allen in an advisory role, as a non-employee consultant.
