Item5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws: Change in Fiscal Year.

On June 15, 2022, EvoAir Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Certificate of Amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Articles of Incorporation with Nevada’s Secretary of State to change the name of the Company from Unex Holdings Inc. to EvoAir Holdings Inc. (the “Name Change”), and the Name Change became market effective on November 4, 2022. The Name Change was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company and the holders of a majority of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock of the Company. The Company has also requested to change its OTC ticker symbol, which is currently pending approval. Pursuant to the Name Change, the Company’s CUSIP for its common stock will remain the same.
