Item5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws: Change in Fiscal Year.

Effective on November 11, 2022, the Company’s shares will begin trading under the new ticker symbol “EVOH”. The ticker symbol change was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company and the holders of a majority of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock of the Company.
