Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 1, 2025, Jane Grebenc, Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of First Commonwealth Financial Corporation (the “Company”) and President of First Commonwealth Bank, notified the Company that she intends to retire in the first quarter of 2026.

On August 4, 2025, Michael P. McCuen, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of the Company and First Commonwealth Bank, was promoted to the position of Chief Banking Officer.
