On March 8, 2021, Jordan Fiksenbaum resigned from his position as President of fuboTV Inc., a Florida corporation, (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Fiksenbaum is in negotiations regarding the transition to a consulting role with Pulse Evolution Corporation, a majority-owned subsidiary of the Company.
