GFL Environmental Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend
VAUGHAN, ON, July 9, 2020 — The Board of Directors of GFL Environmental Inc. (NYSE, TSX: GFL) (“GFL” or the “Company”) today announced that it has declared a cash dividend of US$0.01 for each outstanding subordinate voting share and multiple voting share of the Company for the second quarter of 2020.
The cash dividend will be paid on July 31, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 20, 2020. The Company has designated this dividend as an eligible dividend within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).

VAUGHAN, ON, July 9, 2020 —GFL Environmental Inc. (NYSE, TSX: GFL) (“GFL” or the “Company”) today announced that it will release its second quarter 2020 financial results after the market closes on Wednesday August 5, 2020 and will host an investor conference call related to this release on Thursday August 6, 2020 at 8:00 am Eastern Time.
