Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On May 12, 2025, the board of directors of Hongchang International Co., Ltd (the “Company”) approved a change in the Company’s fiscal year end from December 31 to March 31. The Company expects to file a transition report on Form 10-K for the transition period from January 1, 2025 to March 31, 2025.
