Departure of Certain Officers
On May 18, 2022, Ms. Joanne Hamilton informed Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (the “Company”), the general partner of Host Hotels & Resorts, L.P., of her intention to retire from her position as Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Responsibility by December 31, 2022, after 12 years of distinguished service to the Company. Ms. Hamilton intends to work with the Company as a senior advisor through August 31, 2023. The Company intends to initiate a search for Ms. Hamilton’s successor.
