On November 8, 2021, iPower Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that the Company will be hosting a conference call on November 11, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. ET, 1:30 p.m. PT, during which time the Company will discuss its financial results for the fiscal first quarter ended September 30, 2021.
