Item 8.01. Other Events
As of November 15, 2021 Kewaunee Scientific Corporation (the “Company”) is resuming full operations at all of its facilities impacted by the criminal network cyber-attack previously reported by the Company in its Current Report on Form 8-K filed on November 10, 2021.
