Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 23, 2026, Liberty Live Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that interested shareholders and analysts are invited to participate in a brief quarterly Q&A session following the completion of the prepared remarks on Liberty Media Corporation’s fourth quarter earnings conference call. During this Q&A session management will be accepting questions regarding Liberty Media Corporation and the Company. The conference call will be held on Thursday, February 26^th^ at 10:00 a.m. (E.T.). The call may discuss the financial performance and outlook of the Company, as well as other forward looking matters.
