LexinFintech Holdings Ltd. Announces Management Change

On November 11, 2021, LexinFintech Holdings Ltd. (“Lexin” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: LX), a leading online consumption and consumer finance platform for new generation consumers in China, announced a change to its management. Mr. Ryan Huanian Liu has resigned from his position as the Senior Vice President of the Company for personal reasons, effective on November 11, 2021. Mr. Liu will serve as a senior consultant to the company following his resignation.
