Item 8.01. Other Events
The Board of Directors of Macy’s, Inc. (“Macy’s”) took action on February 27, 2026 to schedule the annual meeting of the Macy’s stockholders on May 15, 2026. The Board also took action to set the record date for stockholders to vote at such meeting to be March 19, 2026.
