On September 28, 2023, Marathon Digital Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) determined to adjourn its Special Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”), originally scheduled to take place on September 29, 2023. The Meeting will be rescheduled with a new proxy statement on Schedule 14A to be filed shortly. In addition to providing the Company with the opportunity to achieve a quorum, this new filing will allow the Company to include other matters for approval by shareholders, including a potential name change and ability for the Company to reincorporate in Delaware.
