Represents 211,879 Class B ordinary shares, no par value, of the Issuer (the "Class B Ordinary Shares"), acquired by Deep Vision Enterprise Limited (the "Shareholder"), a company with limited liability incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands, and is wholly owned by Mr. Hoi Lung Chan (the "Reporting Person"), from the Company in a private placement pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement, dated May 18, 2026, between the Company and the Shareholder, at a purchase price of US$3.01 per share. The Reporting Person may be deemed to beneficially own the Class B Ordinary Shares held by the Shareholder. Prior to this transaction, the Reporting Person beneficially owned, through the Shareholder, 262,500 Class B Ordinary Shares.
