MOGU Inc. Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

HANGZHOU, China, March 27, 2020 /BUSINESS WIRE/ — MOGU Inc. (NYSE: MOGU) (“MOGU” or the “Company”), a leading online fashion and lifestyle destination in China, today announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Helen Ting Wu, is resigning from her position at the Company for personal reasons, and her last day with the Company is March 31, 2020. Ms. Wu’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company.

“We would like to thank Helen for her valuable contributions to our Company. We wish her all the success in her future endeavours,” said MOGU’s chairman and chief executive officer, Mr. Qi Chen.

The operation of the financial department and investor relations function of the Company will remain normal after Ms. Wu’s departure.
