On November 24, 2025, Prologis, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Damon Austin will become Chief Development Officer effective January 1, 2026. Mr. Austin, age 47, has served as Managing Director, Global Head of Customer Led Development since January 1, 2023, and prior thereto held various positions with the Company since joining in 2015, including Managing Director, Customer Led Development of the Americas from 2021 until 2023 and Managing Director, Capital Deployment West Region from 2018 until 2021.
