Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 7, 2025, Qurate Retail, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that David Rawlinson, President & Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will be presenting at the ICR Conference on Tuesday, January 14th at 2:00 p.m., E.T. in Orlando, Florida. During his presentation, Mr. Rawlinson may make observations regarding the Company's financial performance and outlook as well as other forward-looking matters.
