The latest filing states the doubt was alleviated.
“Based upon the Company's current working capital, recurring losses and negative cash flow from operations, if the Company is unable to generate sufficient cash from operating activities, collect amounts owed to it by third parties, or raise additional funds for a period of 12 months from the issuance of these condensed consolidated financial statements, this raises substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. To alleviate this substantial doubt, the Company expects to generate sufficient cash flow from operations through increased use of its SPD Technology by existing licensees, through the Company entering into new license agreements, as well as through the collection of amounts owed to it, and, as a result, the Company does not expect that it will need to raise additional capital over the next 12 months.”View the 10-Q filed Aug 6, 2026

About this data
Each contract's last price, day range and volume belong to the daily-bar session shown in its details; unknown means the source omitted that timestamp. Open interest has its own effective date shown separately; implied volatility and greeks are model values computed when fetched. This chain has mixed daily-bar sessions · Aug 6, 2026–Sep 11, 2026. Positioning totals are shown only when every returned open-interest value has the same known effective date. Bid and ask are real-time consolidated OPRA readings.
In-the-money strikes are tinted, deepening toward the money, and the bar beside each open-interest figure scales to the heaviest strike shown. Max pain is the listed strike where the most open interest would expire worthless — a positioning reference, not a forecast.
