Mr. Steven Hershkowitz, Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of Rimini Street, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned his position effective 8 September 2026 to pursue another opportunity.
Mr. Hershkowitz’s Chief Revenue Officer responsibilities and direct reports have been transferred to Mr. Keith Costello, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Costello previously led field sales functions at both DXC Technology and IBM, where he oversaw responsibility for billions of dollars of global revenue.
