Resignation of Director

On August 21, 2026, Mr. Ziqian Guan, a director of the Company, notified the Company of his resignation from his position as a director, effective on the same date. The resignation of Mr. Guan was due to personal reasons and not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the operations, policies, or practices of the Company.

In connection with her resignation, Mr. Guan confirmed that he has no outstanding entitlements from the Company for fees, remuneration, leave, or termination of employment.
