On September 4 2026, Super Group’s Board of Directors declared a regular cash dividend on its ordinary shares of 5¢ per share, payable on September 30, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 22, 2026. Together with the Q1 and Q2 distributions of 5¢ per share paid on March 30 and June 30, total dividends declared year-to-date for 2026 stand at 15¢ per share.
