On March 9, 2025, Lori Colvin informed Southwest Gas Holdings, Inc. (“Company”) of her decision to retire from her position as the Vice President/Controller/Chief Accounting Officer of the Company and Southwest Gas Corporation, effective June 1, 2025. Ms. Colvin’s retirement is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or procedures.
