Item 8.01. Other Information.
On December 11, 2023, Tecnoglass, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the timing for the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share for the fourth quarter of 2023. The dividend will be paid by the Company on January 31, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 29, 2023.

Tecnoglass Announces Fourth Quarter 2023 Dividend
Miami, FL – December 11, 2023 - Tecnoglass, Inc. (NYSE: TGLS) (“Tecnoglass” or the “Company”), a leading producer of high-end aluminum and vinyl windows and architectural glass for the global residential and commercial end markets, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 per share on an annualized basis, for the fourth quarter of 2023. The dividend will be paid on January 31, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 29, 2023.
