Item 8.01. Other Information.
On September 11, 2025, Tecnoglass, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the timing for the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share for the third quarter of 2025. The dividend will be paid by the Company on October 31, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2025.

Tecnoglass Announces Third Quarter 2025 Dividend
Miami, FL – September 11, 2025 - Tecnoglass, Inc. (NYSE: TGLS) (“Tecnoglass” or the “Company”), a leading producer of high-end aluminum and vinyl windows and architectural glass for the global residential and commercial end markets, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.60 per share on an annualized basis, for the third quarter of 2025. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2025 will be paid a dividend of $0.15 on October 31, 2025.
