On September 10, 2026, Tecnoglass Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) announced the timing for the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share for the third quarter of 2026. The dividend will be paid by the Company on October 30, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2026.

Tecnoglass Announces Third Quarter 2026 Dividend
Miami, FL – September 10, 2026 – Tecnoglass Holdings Inc. (NYSE: TGLS) (“Tecnoglass” or the “Company”), a leading producer of high-end aluminum and vinyl windows and architectural glass for the global residential and commercial end markets, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.60 per share on an annualized basis, for the third quarter of 2026. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2026 will be paid a dividend of $0.15 on October 30, 2026.
