Item5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On December 30, 2024, Lorne Weil resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Tecnoglass Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Weil’s resignation was for personal reasons and not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
