Item 8.01. Other Information.
On March 12, 2025, Tecnoglass, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the timing for the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share for the first quarter of 2025. The dividend will be paid by the Company on April 30, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2025.

Tecnoglass Announces First Quarter 2025 Dividend
Miami, FL – March 12, 2025 - Tecnoglass, Inc. (NYSE: TGLS) (“Tecnoglass” or the “Company”), a leading producer of high-end aluminum and vinyl windows and architectural glass for the global residential and commercial end markets, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.60 per share on an annualized basis, for the first quarter of 2025. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2025 will be paid a dividend of $0.15 on April 30, 2025.
