Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 18, 2026, Anthropic, PBC (“Anthropic”) published a blog post announcing that it had received data back for a multi-arm protein design campaign against 15 targets using Claude Opus 4.8 and Mythos Preview, and that it had chosen Twist Bioscience Corporation (the “Company”) as one of its independent evaluators to rapidly produce at scale these AI-designed proteins and test these designs for binding.
