“The Company's projected operating cash flows are not sufficient to meet the existing debt obligations and the potential inability to meet this debt service obligation raises substantial doubt as to the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least one year from the date of issuance of the condensed consolidated financial statements. After considering management's plans to mitigate these conditions, including our existing cash and cash equivalents, digital assets, cash generated from operations and the proceeds from the PIPE transaction expected to be received upon closing, the Company believes this substantial doubt has been alleviated and it has sufficient liquidity to continue as a going concern for the next twelve months.”
