Resignation of Ms. Jianjian Hu

Ms. Jianjian Hu has resigned as the chief marketing officer of Yunji Inc. (the “Company”) due to personal reasons, effective July 13, 2020. Ms. Hu’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company. The Company is grateful for Ms. Hu’s valuable contribution to the Company during her term with the Company, in particular her contribution to product curation and procurement for the Company’s supply chain, and wishes her continued success in the future.
