On September 28, 2023, Hefei Huami Micro-electronics Co., Ltd. agreed to transfer the technologies related to Huangshan 2/2S smart watch chips to Hefei Jingyu Micro-electronics Co., Ltd. for RMB21,942,000 (including value-added tax).
