On May 3, 2021, ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that in accordance with rule 203.01 of the NYSE, the Company’s Annual Report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 22, 2021 on Form 20-F is available on the Company’s website, and that hard copies of the Annual Report will be provided free of charge upon request from the Company.
