On April 26, 2021, ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the establishment, together with Sodyo Ltd., of ZIMARK, a technology based new company providing innovative scanning technology for the logistics and supply chain industries, to provide next generation scanning solutions, as well as a direct equity investment in Sodyo.
