Substantial doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
“As such, substantial doubt exists about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern within one year after the date these condensed consolidated financial statements are issued. Management's plans to mitigate the going concern condition described above are focused on completing the Asset Sale. The completion of the Asset Sale depends on factors outside the Company's control, and there can be no assurance that any of these plans will be entered into or completed on acceptable terms, or at all. Accordingly, management has concluded that these plans do not alleviate the substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”View the 10-Q filed Sep 3, 2026

Revenue Breakdown

Share mode is each component's slice of the reported components that year — issuers rarely tag every revenue dollar, so slices need not sum to total revenue.
