(the “Company”) posted presentation materials (the “Investor Presentation”) to its Investor Relations website, announcing general business updates and recent highlights of the Company. The Investor Presentation includes summary financial information and historical data of the Company. A copy of the Investor Presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
The Investor Presentation contains certain financial information that has not been prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”).
