On September 8, 2023, Graphic Packaging International, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Graphic Packaging Holding Company (“Graphic Packaging”), completed the acquisition of Bell Incorporated, an independent folding carton company for approximately $262.5 million. The acquisition included three converting facilities located in South Dakota and Ohio. Bell Incorporated had no material relationship with Graphic Packaging, its officers, directors or affiliates prior to the transaction.
