Item 5.02 – Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
In connection with an internal reorganization of certain leadership positions, on August 24, 2023, IDEX Corporation notified Marc Uleman, Senior Vice President, Group Executive, Health & Science Technologies, of the elimination of his position, effective September 11, 2023. As a result, Mr. Uleman will no longer serve in an executive role.
