On February 20, 2024, Odysight.ai, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a purchase order for its Predictive Maintenance system for the Israel Air Force Boeing AH-64 Apache attack helicopter prototype. The press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
